The newly released 304 stainless steel coils feature 2B, NO.1, BA, NO.4, and mirror surfaces, available in both hot rolled and cold rolled formats. With standard widths of 1219mm and 1500mm (custom sizes available) and thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 10.0mm, these coils meet international standards including ASME, ASTM, EN, BS, GB, DIN, and JIS. Each coil weighs between 5 to 10 tons, ensuring efficient handling and transport.

According to the manufacturers, the material composition includes 17.00–19.00% chromium and 8.0–11.0% nickel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature performance, and mechanical strength. The mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel include a tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205–210 MPa, elongation of 40%, and a hardness of 187 HB (approx. HRB 200).

With a density of 7.93 g/cm³, 304 stainless steel remains the preferred choice for industries requiring durability and aesthetic appeal.
